Jeff Peo joined Lifeline Vascular Care in 2020 as a Managing Partner.
Jeff has spent the last 16 years in healthcare, developing highly profitable ambulatory surgery centers through acquisition, de novo development and joint ventures with hospital systems.
Prior to joining Lifeline, he was the Chief Development Officer for Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America.
Prior to his experience in healthcare, Jeff worked in Information Technology as Executive Consultant for Xerox Connect, partnering with Fortune 100 companies to design and implement cutting-edge Knowledge Management solutions.
He is a regular presenter at industry conferences and contributor to industry publications on topics surrounding business development, physician recruitment and operational efficiencies.
Jeff has served as a board member for several Hospital Boards. He holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University.
Managing Partner
Linda Rahm joined Lifeline Vascular Care in 2020 as a Managing Partner.
Linda has over 25 years’ experience in healthcare administration with 17 years in the ASC industry. She has experience in development, start-ups, and extensive experience in operations in various healthcare markets including rehabilitation, pain and rheumatoid clinics, nursing homes, specialty hospitals, assisted living facilities, and outpatient surgery markets.
During her tenure as President of the Massachusetts ASC Association she led the effort to legislate State Licensure and gained extensive national knowledge of the ASC industry. Prior to joining Lifeline she was the Executive VP of Operations and Business Development for ASCOA.
In addition to healthcare, Linda has been successful in small business development, management, and consulting. She received her BS in Occupational Therapy from University Wisconsin-Madison.
Managing Partner
Maggie Anderson, is a Managing Partner of Lifeline Vascular Care.
Previously, she was a Senior Vice President at DaVita where she had responsibility for the Apex Division as well as Lifeline Vascular Care.
Maggie has extensive operational leadership and private equity experience. Prior to joining DaVita, Maggie was the President of Biomet 3i, a global dental implant company based in Palm Beach. Prior to that she was a director of operations at TPG, a private equity fund in San Francisco. At TPG, she led the complex carve out of Fenwal and the acquisition of Biomet.
Prior to joining TPG, Maggie was a member of the senior team of AlixPartners Consulting. While there, she led the operational turnarounds of New World Pasta, dj Orthopedics and LTV Steel. From 1998-2001, she was a Principal with Caledonia Group, a performance improvement consulting firm serving private equity. From 1988 to 1998, Maggie was with GM Powertrain in a variety of leadership positions within operations, engineering and product development. She received an M.B.A. from Wright State University and a B.S. from General Motors Engineering & Management Institute.
Chief Strategy Officer
Barry joined Lifeline Vascular Care in 2016 as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development and is responsible for the financial analysis and forecasting as well as deal structuring, and negotiation of growth opportunities for Lifeline.
He has over 20 years of experience in closing deals in the Healthcare Industry (DaVita), Oil and Gas Industry (DCP Midstream, a Duke Energy and Conoco Philips JV), and the Consumer Products Segment (The Coca-Cola Company). He has led organic growth projects as well as buy-side/sell-side M&A transactions.
He started his career as a certified public accountant working for Deloitte Company where he held various roles within the finance and accounting sector.
Barry holds a Bachelor Degree in business administration, with majors in finance and accounting from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and a Master of Science degree from the University of Colorado.
He is very passionate about being a strategic partner to physicians who desire to deliver superior care to their patients in an efficient outpatient setting.
Chief Financial Officer
Jason is the CFO at RMS Lifeline where he uses his 25+ years of Healthcare experience to lead the Finance and Accounting team.
He has spent the last 4 years at Lifeline building a customer focused team to serve our physician partners financial reporting needs. The Financial team ensures the timely payments of all center bills, recognizing revenue, and producing monthly financials.
His industry experience started in his initial Ernst & Young, LLP audit days where his healthcare focus included a Physician Practice Management client. Jason understands the complexity of medical billings having managed a PBM adjudication error correction team and as well as many other roles including directing a $14 billion P&L at the CVS Specialty division.
Jason earned his BS in Business (Accounting & Business Administration) from the University of Kansas and his MBA from DePaul University.
Chief Medical Advisor
Dr. Andrew Stingo attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City. He went on to complete his Nephrology fellowship at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota. While at Mayo, Dr. Stingo focused on research related to kidney disease and hypertension.
Dr. Stingo is ASDIN certified in Interventional Nephrology. He has also partnered with Lifeline Vascular Care since 2007, when he established his first EOP. In addition to his practice and EOP, Dr. Stingo has worked with Lifeline to train new Interventional Radiologists.
Senior Director, Revenue Operations
Peggy joined Lifeline Vascular Care in 2008 as the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations. Prior to her time at Lifeline, Peggy spent 7 years in Revenue Operations for DaVita Kidney Care.
Prior to working in health care, Peggy spent 2 years in the Insurance industry, maintaining a Life and Health agent’s license in California.
Peggy has a degree in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton.
