Feasibility Assessment

Every situation is different. Our free feasibility assessment gives you insight into how an outpatient center would work for you. We look at your practice data and demographics, financial performance, geographic considerations, and the competitive local environment. From this information we develop a proforma and determine with you whether an outpatient center is feasible as is, or whether we need to expand to other partners. We help to locate those partners and bring together a group that could contribute to a successful center.

This assessment is invaluable for determining the feasibility of a de novo project, rescuing a struggling, existing center, or identifying growth opportunities for a successful center.

Partnership Structure

The regulatory and compliance issues of modern healthcare can be overwhelming. Once the Feasibility Assessment has identified a potential successful project, we then identify a partnership structure that will be legally compliant on the state and federal levels. We generate the legal forms necessary and form the partnership.

Planning & Development

Lifeline Vascular Care supervises the design and construction of all new and remodeled access centers including relocations, expansions and renovations, as well as repairs and capital improvements.

We perform project management activities with architects, vendors, municipalities, contractors, and licensing entities.

We manage projects from inception to completion including building certification and treatment of first patients.

Through a network of national vendors and general contractors, a competitive capital cost structure is maintained for all development projects.
